Tacos are some of our favorite foods. These tacos are our family's go to for almost every family get together.

They are great for large groups because they can be customized for everyone's taste.

Each person gets to make their own bowl with toppings of their choice. I personally like tomato sauce, Cheez Whiz, sour cream and a side of guacamole.

First things first, you will need to cook the hamburger. A pound of hamburger makes approximately 1 dozen tacos.

Add in salt and pepper, as well as onion flakes.

Next you will need to warm the tortillas, I prefer yellow corn tortillas, but you could also use white.

Next you will need to set up an assembly line.

Add a spoonful or two of the hamburger meat to each tortilla and roll.

Once the taco is rolled, stab it with a toothpick and put it in an oven safe pan.

You will need to preheat the oven to 350° F. Continue rolling the tacos until you run out of hamburger.

Cook tacos until tacos are crisp, approximately 15-20 mins.

You can also make these ahead of time and then cook when ready to eat.

If using this method, I recommend cooking with tinfoil over pan and then take tinfoil off to finish cooking once warm.
