One of the most requested meals for me for family get togethers is this one.
Chicken alfredo with homemade alfredo sauce.
The alfredo sauce is so good. It is better than any store bought or restaurant made that I have tried. It also requires few ingredients. You should try it. It is also perfectly acceptable to use a store bought alfredo sauce of your choice.
First, you will need to cut up your chicken (if using breasts) and/or trim any imperfect parts if using tenderloins.
After warming your pan over medium high heat, add in 1 Tbs of olive oil.
Grill the chicken until cooked thoroughly.
If you have a grill skillet pan even better, but it will work in a regular pan as well.
While the chicken is cooking throw a pan of water on to boil. Add a little salt to the water. Once boiling, add noodles and cook until soft.
You will also need a small sauce pan for the alfredo sauce. Click here for alfredo sauce recipe.
Once everything is cooked and warm, it is time for plating! Noodles first, then sauce, add the chicken and then sprinkle with parmesan.
And last but not least, Enjoy!
